  • When you create an account or use secure token links (e.g., to sign agreements), you agree to provide accurate and complete information and to keep it up to date.
  • You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and any tokens provided to you, and for all activities under your account.

3. User Responsibilities

  • Provide truthful and lawful information in requests, proposals, and communications.
  • Use the platform only for its intended purposes and in compliance with applicable laws and these Terms.
  • Respect intellectual property rights and privacy of others.
  • Promptly notify us of any unauthorized use of your account or security incident.

4. Content and Licenses

You retain ownership of content you submit to the platform. By submitting content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, host, store, reproduce, modify, and display such content as necessary to operate and improve the services. You represent that you have all rights necessary to grant this license.

5. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

  • Use the platform for unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful purposes, or to violate the rights of others.
  • Interfere with or disrupt the operation of the services, including by introducing viruses, bots, or malicious code.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to accounts, systems, or data.
  • Scrape, crawl, or harvest data except as permitted by applicable law and these Terms.

6. Requests, Offers, and Agreements

The platform facilitates the exchange of information between customers and landlords. Any decision to accept or make an offer, enter into an agreement, or proceed with a transaction is solely between the parties involved. We are not a party to such agreements unless explicitly stated in writing. You are responsible for performing your own due diligence and ensuring that any agreement satisfies your requirements.

7. Fees and Payments

Where fees apply, they will be communicated to you in advance or as part of a separate agreement or invoice. You agree to pay all applicable fees and taxes associated with your use of the services in accordance with the specified payment terms.

8. Privacy and Cookies

Your use of the services is also governed by our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, which explain how we collect and process personal data and how we use cookies and similar technologies.

9. Intellectual Property

The services, including all software, design, text, images, logos, and other materials, are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless CentralUnity and our affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable legal and accounting fees, arising out of or in any way connected with your use of the services, your content, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.

13. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the services at any time, with or without notice, if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms or applicable law, or to protect the integrity or security of the services. Upon termination, your right to use the services will immediately cease.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date indicates when these Terms were last revised. Your continued use of the services after changes become effective constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

15. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which CentralUnity is established, without regard to conflict of law provisions. The courts of that jurisdiction shall have exclusive jurisdiction, unless mandatory consumer protection laws provide otherwise.
